This Refund Policy describes the terms under which refunds may be issued for subscriptions to TAP Revenue OS, a business management software platform provided by TAP° Media House.
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable after activation. Once a subscription has been activated, the corresponding payment is considered final.
Duplicate payments may be refunded. If you are charged more than once for the same subscription, the duplicate amount may be returned to you upon verification.
Failed transactions are reviewed individually. If a transaction fails but an amount is debited, the matter will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Approved refunds are processed within reasonable timeframes. Once a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original method of payment within a reasonable period.

Our tools are coming soon to the UAE and are not on sale online in the UAE yet. If we agree a sale with you directly, we confirm the price, the currency and any VAT in writing before you pay, and any refund is made in the same currency to the method you paid with. This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with disputes subject to the courts of Ajman or the applicable UAE free-zone jurisdiction.
