Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes the terms under which refunds may be issued for subscriptions to TAP Revenue OS, a business management software platform provided by TAP° Media House.

1. Non-Refundable Subscriptions

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable after activation. Once a subscription has been activated, the corresponding payment is considered final.

2. Duplicate Payments

Duplicate payments may be refunded. If you are charged more than once for the same subscription, the duplicate amount may be returned to you upon verification.

3. Failed Transactions

Failed transactions are reviewed individually. If a transaction fails but an amount is debited, the matter will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within reasonable timeframes. Once a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original method of payment within a reasonable period.
