Saffron & Smoke began with a single question: what if the grand tandoors of the North met the coastal fire-pits of the Konkan — and both were held to the standard of the world's finest kitchens?
Chef Arjun Malhotra spent twelve years in Lyon and Copenhagen before returning to Mumbai to answer it. Every plate here is cooked over live flame, every spice roasted in-house each morning.
