A coating is not a fix for a wet roof. Every Ridgeform restoration starts with a moisture survey and a substrate assessment — if the insulation is saturated, we will tell your contractor to tear it off. That honesty is why specifiers keep the line open.
Most manufacturer warranties cap liability at the original material cost. An NDL warranty doesn't — if a covered failure occurs, the repair is covered in full, labour and material, with no ceiling.
