Do I need to install anything?
No. TAP Revenue OS runs entirely in your browser — sign in from any device and your data syncs automatically via the cloud.
Can I cancel or change my plan anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or let your subscription lapse at the end of your billing cycle at any time from your account dashboard.
What happens to my data if I don't renew?
Your data stays accessible for 3 days after your subscription expires so you can export it or renew without losing anything. After that window it is removed — see our Data Retention Policy for full details.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit over SSL and stored on Google Firestore's secure cloud infrastructure, with role-based access controls on Professional plans.
What's your refund policy?
Subscriptions are non-refundable once activated, in line with our Refund Policy — duplicate charges are refunded on verification. We recommend using the plan comparison above to pick the right tier before subscribing.
Does GST get calculated automatically?
Revenue OS generates GST-ready invoice formats with tax lines built in. Reviewing the figures, filing returns and statutory compliance remain your responsibility (or your accountant's) — Revenue OS is business management software, not a tax filing service.
Can my team use it together?
Yes — the Professional plan includes 3 team seats with role-based permissions, and you can add more seats at ₹299/month each.
