Three steps. One page that lands.

Most people rewrite the same CV forty times and send the same one anyway. This does the opposite — one canonical history, aimed differently at every role.

01

Bring what you already have

Upload a PDF or .docx and the extractor pulls out your roles, dates, bullets, education and skills into editable fields. No CV yet? The manual builder walks you through every section — or Tap AI drafts a first pass from your job title.

02

Choose how it should look

Ten typeset A4 formats — from a quiet academic CV to a two-column designer layout. Switch between them instantly; your content never re-types itself. Every format carries an honest ATS rating so you know which ones survive a machine and which are for a human inbox.

03

Aim it at one specific job

Paste the job description. You get the exact keywords you are missing, a match score, and a one-click Tap AI rewrite of your summary and bullets in the vocabulary that posting uses — without inventing a single thing you have not done.

The part nobody tells you

Most "beautiful" CVs are invisible to the machine reading them

An applicant tracking system does not look at your CV. It extracts the text layer out of your PDF and maps it into fields — name, employer, dates, skills. If that text layer is missing or scrambled, a human never sees the page at all.

Two things break it, and both are extremely common:

  • PDFs exported as pictures. Most drag-and-drop builders render your CV to an image and wrap it in a PDF. It looks perfect and contains zero readable text. This studio never does that — every export goes through a real print engine, so the words stay words.
  • Two-column layouts. When a parser reads a sidebar, it often interleaves it into your job history mid-sentence. We still give you two-column formats — they are the right call for a designer emailing a hiring manager — but each one is labelled honestly so you choose knowingly.

Open any export in a PDF reader and try to select a line of text. If you can, so can the ATS.

The 27 checks, scored in the studio

Every check is computed from your actual document — no AI guesswork, so the same CV always scores the same.

  • Contact block complete and machine-findable
  • Standard section headings a parser recognises
  • Bullets that open with an action verb
  • Quantified outcomes — numbers, %, currency, scale
  • Bullet length inside the readable band
  • No first-person pronouns or filler phrasing
  • Consistent, parseable date formats
  • Word count in the range recruiters actually read
  • Format-level ATS safety weighting
  • Keyword coverage against the job you pasted

Ten formats. One set of facts.

Write your history once. Every format below renders it instantly at true A4 — and tells you what it costs you in machine-readability.

Reading the badges: ATS Safe parses cleanly in every major system · ATS Good parses reliably, minor risk on older parsers · Design First is for a human inbox, a portfolio PDF, or a company that does not screen by machine.

Aimed at a paid-social role

Per-job tailoring

The same experience, spoken in their language

Paste the job description once. The studio pulls out the vocabulary that posting actually repeats — tools, responsibilities, seniority signals — then shows you which of them already appear in your CV and which are missing.

Hit Tailor with Tap AI and your summary and selected bullets are rewritten around those exact terms, in your voice, using only work you have genuinely done. The original stays saved as a version, so you can always go back.

  • A match score against the posting, recalculated live
  • Missing keywords listed as clickable chips
  • Every applied change kept as a separate saved version — one CV per company, never overwritten
  • A matching cover letter drafted from the same two inputs

Questions

Will my CV actually pass an ATS?

No tool can promise that — an ATS is one company's software configured one company's way. What this studio guarantees is the part that is actually in our control: your PDF carries a real, selectable text layer, standard section headings, parseable dates and a clean single-column structure if you choose an ATS Safe format. That removes the mechanical reasons a CV gets dropped. The rest is whether you match the role.

How does the extractor read my old CV?

PDFs are read with a text-extraction engine in your own browser — the file is never uploaded to a server. Word files are converted to text the same way. That raw text is then structured into fields. If you use the Tap AI structuring pass, that text alone is sent to our AI endpoint; the file itself never leaves your machine. There is also a non-AI fallback parser that works entirely offline.

What if the extractor gets something wrong?

It will sometimes — CVs are wildly inconsistent documents. Everything it pulls out lands in normal editable fields, so fixing it is typing, not starting over. Anything it could not confidently classify is dropped into a holding section rather than silently discarded.

Does the AI invent experience I don't have?

It is explicitly instructed not to, and every rewrite is shown to you before it is applied. It reframes and sharpens what you wrote — it does not add employers, titles, tools or numbers. If you see a number you did not supply, reject the suggestion; that is a bug, not a feature.

Is one page or two pages right?

Under about eight years of experience, one page. Beyond that, two is normal and expected — three only for academic or research CVs. The studio shows live page-break lines on the document so you can see exactly where you spill, and the Compact format plus the density controls will usually pull a stubborn second page back onto the first.

What is free and what costs money?

Everything that runs on your own device is free and uncapped: all ten formats, the CV importer, the 27-point ATS score, job-description keyword matching, unlimited saved CVs, and PDF and plain-text export. You do not need an account for any of it. The only paid part is Tap AI, because every generation costs us real money — that is ₹249 for 30 days, with three generations a day. If you never touch the AI buttons, you never pay.

Do I have to use AI to import my old CV?

No — and by default you do not. When you drop in a PDF or Word file it is read and structured entirely on your own device, with no AI and no tokens spent. That handles a conventionally formatted CV well. If yours is an awkward one and the offline reader only gets part of it, the studio tells you its confidence score and offers a Tap AI re-read as an option. You choose whether it is worth it.

Where is my data stored?

In your own browser, on your own device. Your CVs are never uploaded — there is no cloud sync, so clearing your browser data clears them. Export anything you want to keep. Signing in stores only your email and your plan; the CV content stays local.

Only the two sidebar formats show a photo. In India, the Gulf and much of Europe a photo is normal; for the US, UK, Canada and Australia leave it off — it is a legal-risk flag for many recruiters and some ATS parsers choke on it.
